In the U.S., 18 million adults remain in need of their COVID shots in order to reach President Biden’s vaccination goal; the administration wants 70% of all adults to receive at least one dose by July 4. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel is a bioethicist and oncologist, having previously served on Biden’s COVID-19 advisory board. He also served as a White House health policy adviser during the Obama administration. He speaks with Hari Sreenivasan about vaccine hesitancy.
